We understand families must often travel long distances to receive vital medical care for their loved one. Our House provides all the comforts of home with warmly-furnished bedrooms and baths, beautiful kitchens where families can prepare their own meals, a large family room, Children's Education/Resource Center, indoor play area, and laundry facilities. There are over 500 Volunteers and a small paid staff who understand and attend to the special needs of our guest families. Families can come to our House and draw support not only from their own family, but from other families that are present who are going through the same ordeal. They share thoughts, questions, concerns, and experiences. Many lasting friendships have been made here at our Ronald McDonald House.
